Adverse reactions
The Vitamin A Ointment is an excellent cosmetic that is recommended for daily care of very dry, prone to flaking and easily irritated skin. It has a strong moisturising effect. Its retinol content not only exfoliates but also regenerates the epidermis.
It clearly improves the level of hydration and lubrication of the skin, the effect of which is visible after the first application.
Vitamin A has a special place among vitamins that are included in various preparations used on the skin with dermatological problems. One of the forms of vitamin A used in cosmetics is retinyl palmitate, which primarily affects the outer skin layers. It increases the intensity of collagen synthesis in the dermis. It is recommended for rough and dry skin, keratinised, flaking epidermis, low skin suppleness, as well as for weak nails. It increases the skin protection barrier against adverse external influences (temperature, UV radiation).
